To be fair my diet has been a mish mash of whats healthy and what I can get away with. It hasn't been well thought through at all and so I have been trying to rectify that. Over the past two weeks I have been trying to adopt the mantra of "little and often". I have been trying to eat a decent cereal for breakfast and a piece of fruit every couple of hours to carry me through to tea time. Over the weekend I realised that my protein intake is way too low and so I have decided to try and fit a chicken breast in over lunches. No bread or processed stuff just plain good basics.
