Monday - Rest day
Tuesday - Climbed Slieve Donard (Burnt over 4000 calories)
Wednesday - Rest day (Donard near crippled me)
Thursday - Gym (Cross trainer for 40 mins & Stepper 20 mins)
Friday - Gym (Cross trainer for 55 mins)
Saturday - Cycle (20 miles)
