Top tips learnt on the journey...

Tip 2 - Slowly eradicate the cause – "The Big Bad 4"
Ban the big bad 4 from your diet over a period of a month. The big bad 4 for me include crisps, chips, chocolate and ice cream. If these aren't a problem for you then change them to include what is. Ban 1 a week to all four have been removed from your diet.

That worked for me in the early days but now I must admit I do still have treats, As long as I offset the cals and also workout harder to ensure my body knows its a treat and not the norm it seems to understand.
