Came across this website (Click here for link) and I must say it helped reduce my appetite fourfold! It been a hungry week so to speak and it’s been a struggle to stay on track. One thing that I’ve learnt from my time in counselling is that I’m a comfort eater and as a result I can track my hunger to some form of anxiety. This then means that once I’m aware of it I can address it through positive self talk. However if I want to ditch all this psycho babble for a while I’ll resort to looking at this site.
