My weight today...

18st 12lbs
0.5lbs heavier than last week - 39lbs lighter than August '08

*Cycled 30 miles (outdoors) this week and so suspect the weight increase may reflect muscle gain as my diet was the same as usual. Cycling outdoors is such a different experience than indoors - and no, I'm not just talking about the scenery. It demands so much more from you and thankfully is so much more rewarding.

I have lost 11 stone 5lb but I had a Gastric by-pass... I now cycle 9 miles a day 5 days a week, as I don't have a car it's my vehicle. You are doing so well... I couldn't do that on my own even though I tried for years!!!! always loosing 2 stone max before it crept back on and more till I was 24 stone and being told by Doc's that in 10n years I would either be in a wheelchair or dead.... I was offered the OP 7 years previous to having it and turned it down as I was petrifyed of operations... after what the doc's said I went for it, I am sooo much happier even though it has ment I have loads of excess skin and have had to have my Gall Bladder removed due to the loss. The skin removal comes next :)
