Shoulder update...

Last weeks swim didn’t seem to irritate my shoulder and so yesterday I did another 25 lengths. Why not 50 as I hoped? Well I had walked round Hillsborough lake twice on my way there… Sport Billy am I!

Pete, just wanted to take a few minutes to commend you on your passion to kick your diet habits into touch. I am on a massive learning curve at the moment to. I had got to 16 stone this year and I was keeping fit (for rugby) but each year I have still been getting heavier and bigger. So I have got back to the gym and and been training my ass off. I managed to kick 2 stone off in the first month but this week as I enter month two I am feeling the desire to start eating crap again. In month one I didnt touch a chocalate bar or a fizzy drink which has made the biggest difference but over the bank holiday weekend I have lost momentum and need to get motivated to shift one more stone. I was in the garage this morning and all the chocalate bars were calling my name, I could hear the pepsi whispering. Anyway your blog has inspired me and motivated me and encouraged me to stay on task focus on what has been accomplished and also feel normal. Thanks bro
