As I said a while back I’ve found it essential to get a little variety into my exercise regime. Recently I’ve been climbing Slieve Croob and to my surprise really enjoying it. The views up there are great and the feeling of peace powerful. I’ve also been having a great time doing the Kinallen circuit which considering its size doesn’t take long however the beautiful wee lane I use can just scream of God’s creation and wonder.
I want to get some other stuff in this summer like swimming and perhaps evening doing a few exercise classes. This takes me to my wonky shoulder. It has not been giving me that much jip of late however I know the moment I swim it will. So the old debate of Chiropractor or Physiotherapist comes back into play. Debs votes Physio but in what direction do my other readers vote?
