Ah, those are the worst days - when you know you were good and it didn't pay off. Only consolation is that you know in your head it has to in the end. You couldn't keep eating the way you are and training and not lose - it is physically impossible. You're doing well in the grand scheme of things so keep it up!
could be simple things like how much water you had taken on board, whether you'd just been to the toilet or not, perhaps a little more lean tissue from evercise (which will lead to greater weight loss in the future) or most likely a combination of several of these things!
