This months measurements

Neck = 17.5 Inches (Half an inch less)
Upper arm = 15 Inches – right (Half an inch less)
Forearm = 11.5 Inches – right (Half an inch less)
Chest = 51.5 Inches (Inch and half less)
Stomach = 59 Inches (Same)
Waist = 47 Inches (Three inches less)
Thigh = 29.5 Inches – right (Half an inch more)
Calf = 19 Inches – right (Same)

Not that I know much about these things but I'd say that's pretty encouraging stuff there Peter! With cycling you're maybe building some muscle so that's maybe why your thigh's measuring more, who knows? Keep it up, you're on the right track!
