Evaluation of last weeks goals...

*3 exercise sessions of a minimum of 30 minutes – completed + 1
*Weather permitting get 2 bike rides in – cancelled due to chest infection
*Stay off the big bad 4 - successful with 3, failed with 1, chips
*Read 2 chapters of "No more Mr. Fat Guy" - completed
*No eating after 7 - completed
*Drink 2 pints of water a day - completed
