One of the things I look forward to most...

You have no idea how hard it is to buy clothes that fit. The tragedy is, I was quite into my clothes, well that was until I couldn’t find any to buy that fitted – this started somewhere in 2002. For years now I have been floating about in the same hoodies, jeans and a wide selection of navy t-shirts. I won’t even start on how often I have found nice t-shirts or jumpers that were described as the right size only to realise that they were down to my knees or just below my nipples.
I can’t wait to be able to buy clothes again… actually the impatience and frustration is at a really high level on this one. Higher than I would have guessed!

Next post will be a lighter more positive one I promise!

Man, I do know what you mean. Makes shopping a truly soul-sucking experience.

I note the figure of 21.5 stone down the page. It seems we match, pound for pound.

As one who knows what it's like, I soncerely wish you all the best for this 'project'.

Selfishly, too, your example is making me feel better about my current abortive attempts to get to a more sensible weight by the Habitat trip next summer.
